Your garden is looking sumptuous; I'm jealous since we are in the dead of winter in Colorado. Say, I noticed that the earthbags in the poly tunnel are not plastered. Do you have any concern about the UV in the sunlight degrading them, or do you think that the plastic roof material will filter that out?

Konomi & Paul, We recently moved from Okinawa to Heidelberg, Germany. It is my pleasure to know about your lifestyle in Patagoinia, Chile because that is what I desire. What is your drinking water source? Do you use a filter? In Germany I purchase gallons of Culligan water and it is expensive, I would like to wean myself of all things worldly and begin preparing myself for a self-sustained lifestyle. How can I begin with water?

What an exciting Summer for you seeing that vegetables grow
all this life growing on your garden
in the poly tunnel garden.
With all the turf walls and terraces, it's turning into the Eco-Paradise you always wanted.
I would love to see a photo tour of the present day interior of your cabin.
I have the " before" images imbedded in my memory.

Absolutely gorgeous!  Congratulations!!!  How's the weather?  Has it rained at all?
