Digging And Bagging: An International Team Lays Foundations For Guest cabin
We`ve begun the work on our new guest cabin, located in a secluded and well sheltered spot on our land. Joining us for a few days were Justin and Albane from France. They came to us via our friend Sylvie who stopped by here a couple of months ago on her walk through Patagonia. When Sylvie left she said, `I will only send you good people to help.`
Sylvie`s as good as her word and we really enjoyed and were thankful for the help received from Justin and Alban, who inspired us to fill hundreds of earthbags rapidly.
For a couple of nights they slept in a tent and then stayed at the house of La Junta`s Maternity Doctor who lives close by. Thanks to this we were joined by her daughter Connie and two of her friends who dug with great enthusiasm for a few hours. More hands make light work.
