Our Little Thing - Creating A Sustainable Lifestyle In Patagonia

Creación de un estilo de vida sostenible en Patagonia パタゴニアでサステイナブルな暮らし作り

Soon we'll be building a cabin for our guests, with friends, Megan and Happy. It will be a hybrid earthbag foundation, wood framed structure in a secluded part of our garden, invisible from the road and invisible from us. Should take around a month to get it to a condition good enough for them to move in while they search the region for a piece of land.

Happy's a carpenter with plenty of back woods experience, so I'm looking forward to what we'll come up and included in the package will be some form of rocket stove mass heater.

Pictures will be posted soon.

Rocket heaters are amazingly efficient.  I learned how to build one at my cobbing course last year!

, I've been watching videos about rocket stoves and rocket stove mass heater in homes and green houses.
Rocket stoves are good for conserving wood, conserving heat with less or no smoke.
Great stuff
Good luck!
