Great! Just found the188 page complete version of Gernot Minke's 'Building With Earth'. This is a fabulous book, from a man with a long history in green building. Great read. Plenty to munch on. Free download!!

Next, I'll be seeking out the English version of his book on Green Roofs. I've seen the Spanish book, it's loaded with pictures and sketches and all sorts of information, but beyond my language abilities at the moment.
